Turkey is one of Russia’s major trade partners, Vice Premier Igor Sechin said while speaking at the opening of the 10 th Russian-Turkish intergovernmental commission on trade cooperation in Ankara. The Russian delegation expects the talks to results in deals on transport, production and technical cooperation.
