Two Nobel prize winners, Russian physicist Zhores Alferov and the American bio-chemist Roger David Kornberg are to serve in the Scientific-technical Council of the Skolkovo Innovative Center, located in the outskirts of Moscow, which is due to be up and running in 5 to 6 years time.
