The Russian Defence Ministry is holding pre-contract talks on purchasing four Mistral-class helicopter-carriers, says Defence Minister Anatoly Serdiukov. Accoridng to him, Russia is negotiating the issue with Spain, Holland and France. One of the four ships is due to be fully built abroad, while the construction of the other three will comprise Russian shipbuilders.
