Moscow and Seoul have agreed to set up a Russian scientific center in the South Korean capital, with a relevant memorandum of understanding signed by both sides on Monday. The move comes amid celebrations to mark the 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and South Korea, where the state-of-the-art center will soon be built.
