Russia is to send humanitarian aid worth 2 million to Congo, a source with the Emergency Ministry said Friday. According to the source on Friday the first Russian ship with about 110 tons of sunflower oil has arrived to the port of Mombasa. Two more freighters have departed from the port of St. Petersburg, the source said.
