Russia has presented its massive bid book for the World Cup in 2018 or 2022 to FIFA in Zurich, Friday. The head of Russia’s delegation Igor Shuvalov handed the hefty volume to FIFA president Sepp Blatter. The document contains detailed descriptions of stadiums, host cities, infrastructure and security.
