Russia can offer the United States unlimited help in dealing with the aftermath of catastrophic weekend tornadoes and floods in several southern states. In a message to Barack Obama on Monday, President Medvedev also extends condolences over the loss of life in the disasters. The floods followed days of torrential rain.
