United Kingdom Russia needs 3 more years to put crisis behind Putin

The Russian economy is poised to post an annual expansion of 3.5 to 4 percent. In two or three years, it is likely to be back to the level before the crisis struck. Prime Minister Putin told this to a high-level meeting on pricing in Moscow on Monday.
