Russia has submitted a number of proposals to the conference on the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, which is under way at the UN Headquarters in New York. One of Moscow’s top priorities is that all world nations, including non-nuclear nations, should join the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.
