This country’s oldest and biggest economic partner in the Western Hemisphere is Brazil. The current annual trade with it is at about 7 billion dollars, and as many as ten billion are in the sights as the two countries mull joint projects in oil and gas, nuclear power, nanotechnology and aerospace.
