The President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev and his Brazilian counterpart Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva have held talks in Moscow today, which resulted in signing a road map plan for strategic cooperation, an interstate agreement on partnership in the field of international information and communication security. The sides have agreed to boost bilateral economic and political cooperation.
