United Kingdom Russia approves customs code with Belarus, Kazakhstan

The Federation Council, the upper house of the Russian parliament, has ratified a Customs Code, the basic document of the Russia-Belarus-Kazakhstan customs union. The countries agreed on the customs union on 27 November, 2009, in Minsk.
