Russia and the U.S to discuss cyber security

The U.S. has expressed its readiness to discuss cyber security issues with Russia. The Americans, who have dismissed such a possibility for several years, were compelled to make this move because, according to the head of US cyber command Keith Alexander, the Pentagon computers are subjected to attacks 250 thousand times an hour or over 6 million times a day.
