The Kyrgyz interim government has offered to pay rewards, from 20,000 to 100,000 dollars, for tips-off on the whereabouts of the former functionaries of ex-president Kurmanbek Bakiyev’s inner circle. There are a total of 12 people on the list suspected of perpetrating egregious offences and/or especially grave crimes.
