Over 720 people and 104 units of rescue equipment are involved in the rescue operation at the Raspadskaya coal mine in Kemerovo region in western Siberia. Emergency Situations Ministry says the rescuers are currently dismantling metal constructions to be able to clear up the debris and find the missing people.
