Russia ’s Prime Minister Vladimir Putin is laying the foundation stone of a monument to Georgian soldiers at Poklonnaya Gora War Memorial in Moscow today. The new monument will replace the one demolished in Kutaisi at the end of last year by the decision of the incumbent Georgian leadership.
