Russia ’s prime minister Vladimir Putin and the head of the International Olympic Committee Jacques Rogge have laid the memorial capsule to the foundation of the International Olympic University which is to be built in Sochi. The capsule contains a message to future students who will include 205 representatives of national Olympic Committees.
