Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin arrived in France on Thursday night on a working visit and has since met his French counterpart Francois Fillon. The two Prime Ministers have taken up energy, social and humanitarian cooperation. Today Vladimir Putin is scheduled to meet French President Nicolas Sarkozy and his predecessor Jacques Chirac.
