Public Chamber to evaluate European Court ruling in veteran’s case

Russia ’s Public Chamber will prepare a legal evaluation of the latest ruling handed down by the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Soviet veteran guerilla fighter Vasily Kononov, Public Chamber deputy Alexander Brod announced Tuesday. He said he was surprised by the inconsistency of the Strasburg Court.
