"Eastern Poland is famous for its high-quality food products and preserves, which have been highly esteemed both in Poland and abroad for years. During the "Prodexpo" Exhibition, the stand of Eastern Poland presented its characteristic products which could be viewed and tasted by the visitors. These included: sausages, meat, cheese, dairy, mead, spices, sweets, fruit, vegetables and preserves, as well as frozen fruit and vegetables. The exposition was accompanied by live cooking shows run by a cooking team led by Marek Widomski, a prominent chef. The stand enjoyed considerable interest. It was there that the companies could attend numerous meetings with possible partners, which will hopefully lead to new contracts," says Krzysztof Sawicki, Project Manager from the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAIiIZ), which organised the trip to Moscow.
