President Dmitry Medvedev has given instructions to do everything that is necessary to rescue the miners involved in the mine blast in Kemerovo Southern Siberia . The President is being updated as to the status of the rescue operation by Emergencies Situations Minister Sergei Shoigu. According to him, all steps are being taken to rescue those underground.
