The Russian-owned Moscow University oil tanker with 23 crew seized by Somali pirates on Wednesday has been liberated by Russia’s Marshal Shaposhnikov heavy antisubmarine destroyer. All pirates were captured. None of the crew has been hurt, a senior spokesman for the international anti-piracy mission off the African Horn has told reporters.
