Outlook: UK may receive hung parliament first time since 1974

It may happen if the British Prime Minister manages to convince the leader of the Liberal Democrats Nick Clegg to form a coalition. For the moment polls show that the Conservative party headed by David Cameron is leading at the election and Laborites and Liberal Democrats are second and third respectively.
