A suspect in the failed bomb attack on Times Square has been arrested when attempting to board a plane to Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Reports cited US Attorney General Eric Holder as saying that “;the intent behind this terrorist act was to kill Americans.”; The suspect was identified as Faisal Shahzad, a Pakistani-born US citizen.
