Brazil and Turkey have reached agreement with Iran on the enrichment of its nuclear fuel outside the country. A decision to that effect was reached on Monday, after the protracted talks in Tehran between Iran’s and Brazil’s presidents – Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva – and the Prime Minister of Turkey Tayyip Erdogan.
