Speaking in Washington’s non-government Center for Strategic and International Studies, Norwegian deputy Defense Minister Espen Barth Eide said that Norway doesn’t view Russian military exercises in the Arctic Region as a threat of a war for the Arctic recourses and called on other nations not to view them as that.
