United Kingdom North Korea’s defense chief arrives in Beijing

The Chairman of North Korea’s National Defense Commission Kim Jong Il has arrived in Beijing as part of his current tour of China. Reports say he is expected to meet with Chinese President Hu Jintao and other top government officials.
