North Korea has cut all relations with South Korea in a move that comes after an international report blamed Pyongyang for sinking a South Korean warship in the Yellow Sea in late March. South Korean President Lee Myung-bak ann ounced on Sunday that Seoul was ending trade relations with the North in response to the sinking.
