New START Pact To Be Ratified By United States Senate

The new U.S.-Russia treaty on strategic arms reduction, or the START Pact, will be submitted for ratification by the United States Senate on May 7th, the Republican Senator Richard Lugar told an ITAR-TASS correspondent in Washington.
