New Russia-US arms deal can be ratified by August

A new Russia-US strategic arms reduction treaty can be ratified by the UN Senate by August, a leading researcher for the Brookings Institution, Steven Pfeiffer, thinks. On 7 May the Obama administration submitted the treaty signed between the Russian and the American presidents in Prague on 8 May for ratification at the Senate.
