The Moscow city government headed by Mayor Yury Luzhkov has arrived in Venezuela to discuss an array of issues of mutual interest, including Moscow’s contribution to the housing construction in Caracas, officials said on Wednesday. The Wednesday visit will also see talks between Luzhkov and Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez scheduled for later in the day.
