Medvedev decrees perpetuating Gaidars memory

President Dmitry Medvedev has signed a decree to perpetuate the memory of a prominent economist and politician Yegor Gaidar, – the ideologist of market reforms in Russia. According to the Kremlin’s press service, the Government has been told to institute 10 personal scholarships.
