LibDem – Labour coalition bargaining drawing to a close

The British Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg says his party’s coalition bargaining with Labour is drawing to a close. In general elections last Thursday, the Lib Dems came third, Labour, second, and the Conservatives, first. Neither party commands a majority in the Commons.
