A daring operation by Pakistani special forces has freed some two thousand hostages seized by terrorists in two mosques in Lahore. Two of the captors are being held, and one is dead. The fatalities among the worshipers are close to 30. Reports say the terrorists used automatic weapons and hand grenades in their assault on the two Friday congregations.
