The interim government of Kyrgyzstan has ruled not to prosecute minor figures in the Bakiyev regime who acted on orders from their superiors. At the same time, it is determined to seek justice for senior Bakieyv henchmen with involvement in massive economic crime. The announcement is from provisional deputy Premier Azimbek Beknazarov, who tabled the decree.
