Kyrgyzstan needs parliamentary rule deputy interim PM

Kyrgyzstan should be a parliamentary republic, says the Deputy Prime Minister of the republic’s interim Government Omerbek Tekebayev. He said that 17 years ago the republic adopted the mixed, French, model of the division of power. But Kyrgyzstan was turned into a super-presidential republic at the initiative of the first President Askar Akayev.
