Kyrgyzstan boasts stability

The month after the ousting of President Kurmanbek Bakiyev has returned stability to Kyrgyzstan. Opening the inaugural session of her Constituent Commission in Bishkek on Friday, Interim Premier Roza Otunbayeva also spoke about a programme to advance democracy and socioeconomic development in her central Asian country. The focus is on urgent measures to reduce unemployment.
