On Thursday in Dagestan, the North Caucasus, two traffic policemen stopped a Lada-Priora car with a terrorist inside who planned to use the vehicle for an act of terror during the forthcoming May Day manifestations. The kamikaze terrorist set off the car-bomb during the identity check-up, killing two policemen and one civilian, and wounding another 15 people.
