Amendments will be made to the copyright regulations of the Internet. The intellectual property rights law is failing to adapt to a reality which is changing swiftly, say the participants of the All-Russia Copyrights Conference that ended in Moscow. The situation on Russia’s intellectual property market as a whole is normal.
