In Russia's Tomsk region in Siberia a three day ice-drift on the river of Tom caused water rise. As the result the village of Chyornaya Rechka has been flooded by 80% and hundreds of houses are in a disaster area. The rescuers of the Emergency Ministry have evacuated more than 800 people from the area.
