Iran, Brazil and Turkey have formally submitted to the International Atomic Energy Agency the details of their recent deal for the Iranians to use Turkish territory as a site to exchange their low-enriched uranium for foreign-produced nuclear fuel. The initial swap should be 12 hundred kilos for 120 kilos.
