Hong Kong restaurants launch shark-free menues

12 restaurants across Hong Kong are launching menus without shark meat on them in support of the WWF initiative to preserve the dying out shark population. Reports to that effect were published by “;South China Morning Post”;. Shark fin soup is a must on a premium-class restaurant’s menu.
