The construction of the Hanoi Cultural-Trade Center has started in the north East of Moscow. The ground breaking ceremony was attended by Vietnamese President Nguyen Minh Triet, who called the project a symbol of friendship between Moscow and Hanoi. The area of the Hanoi-Moscow complex will be almost 160,000 square meters.
