The German Bundestag has voted to support the rescue package for Greece, agreed last Sunday by the IMF and the 16 nations in the Eurozone. A total of 110 billion euros are to be extended, in exchange for unprecedented belt-tightening on the Greek side. On Thursday, the Greek Parliament approved tax hikes and drastic spending cuts.
