Germany condemns ‘barbaric’ Moscow attack

German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle on Monday slammed as “barbaric” a suicide attack at Moscow’s largest airport that killed 31 people and wounded more than 100.

“I condemn this dreadful and bloody attack in the strongest possible terms. Nothing can justify this barbaric act,” Westerwelle said in a statement. “Our deepest sympathies go out to the friends and families of the victims.”
