The ruling by the German Bundestag to extend 22 and a half billion euros in emergency rescue to Greece has been challenged in the Constitutional Court. The plaintiffs are leading German economists. They argue the rescue would be gobbled up by banks and do nothing in the way of bolstering the productive economy.
