According to the preliminary estimates of Georgia’s Central Elections Commission, the ruling party of President Mikhail Saakashvili is winning Sunday’s election to local government agencies. In the capital city Tbilisi, the ruling party candidate, the current city mayor Gigi Ugulava is also in the lead.
