Floods kill more than 100 in Afghanistan

Heavy floods have killed more than 100 people in the north and west of Afghanistan, ITAR-TASS reported. The worst affected regions were the western provinces of Badghis, Herat and Ghor. The floods caused by heavy rainfalls destroyed thousands of homes and many hectares of agricultural lands.
