Eurozone: Chain Reaction

Following Greece, Spain will sharply cut social spending too. Though this measure is very tough, it is aimed at saving 15 billion euros and at lowering the budget deficit in the coming 3 years from 11 odd percent to 3 per cent, Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero said.
