Dialogue Between Government and Scientists

The U.S. Senate – the upper house of the United States Congress – begins hearings on the ratification of the new treaty on strategic arms reduction. Taking part will be the U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Pentagon’s head Robert Gates and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Mike Mullen.
